三年二班Class302
 

 

走進3年2班的教室仿佛走進國小的歲月，映入眼簾的是一大片的黑板，

布告欄貼滿了獎狀黑板寫滿了字，一排排的課桌椅，旁邊還有福利社。

When I went in the class 302,I thought  I went back to the past.

The place brings  back to elementary school,and there are many school classroom decorations.

這裡的價格都比一般的店貴個一兩元，而且這裡只能付現金比較不方便。
There is cash only.

 

 

[Sausage & Chicken Roll香腸雞捲便當]

 

 

[Fried Stinky Tofu臭豆腐]$6.25

臭豆腐帶著發酵氣息，咀嚼著泡菜酸甜，味道幾乎和台灣一模一樣。

Stinky Tofu with the taste of fermentation.

It is  authentic Taiwanese food.

 

 

[Miso Udon Soup +Popcorn Chicken combo

鍋燒味噌烏龍麵+鹽酥雞塊組合]$9.25

鍋燒味噌烏龍麵有烏龍麵、魚板、豆腐、花椰菜、香菇，

烏龍麵意外的Q彈，味噌味道僅有些許。
Miso Udon Soup is consisted of udon noodles,fish paste,tofu,cauliflower,mushroom.

Udon noodles tastes springy and delicious.

 

 

[鹽酥雞]

終於吃到像台灣味的鹽酥雞了，雞肉的肉質軟中帶Q。

Popcorn Chicken is soft and easy to chew.

 

 

[Honey Boba鮮奶珠珠]$4.25+$0.85large

鮮奶珠珠升級成大杯，size真的是無敵的大，喝完飽到晚上，

珍珠Q彈帶著強烈的甜味,牛奶香甜在嘴裡擴散。
I added $0.85 for large size,and it is definitely enormous .

台灣傳統小吃

 

 

Let's me introduce delicious Taiwanese food.Taiwanese food is blend in China culture,because Taiwan had many settlers from China.With long period developing ,Taiwn become a food heaven.
讓我來介紹台灣美味的食物，台灣食物融合中國文化，因為台灣有很多來自中國的移民。
經過長期發展，台灣變成美食天堂。

 

1.Rice Dumpling粽子

 

 

It's very common food in Taiwan.Rice dumpling is consist of glutinous rice ,meat,yolk,mushroom ,etc,

and then wraps in alpinia speciosa leaf.It tastes chewy and slimy.

粽子在台灣是非常常見的食物，由糯米、肉、蛋黃、香菇等等組成，然後再用月桂葉包起來，吃起來柔軟而黏稠。

2.Ba Wan (Giant meat dumplings)肉圓

 

 

 Ba Wan looks glittering and translucent.It isconsisted of sweet potato starch, rice flour and pork.

There are two commom variation of ba wan，one is steam,and the other is deep-fry.I like both.
It tastes slimy and chewy.

肉圓看起來晶瑩剔透，由地瓜粉、在來米粉和豬肉所製成。
通常肉圓有兩種左法，一種是蒸的，一種是炸得，兩個我都喜歡。
吃起來柔暖中帶黏。

3.Soy-Stewed Pork Rice爌肉飯

 

 

Soy-Stewed Pork served on the top of rice,delicious smells wafted up from the pork rice.

誘人的爌肉飯鋪在飯上，飄出陣陣香氣。

4  Stinky Tofu 臭豆腐

 

 

Why do we call it stinky tofu?Because the fermentation of tofu smells stinky.

It might smell weird,but it really crispy and  tasty.

為什麼我們稱它為臭豆腐?因為豆腐發酵得氣味很臭。

可能聞起來很怪，但吃起來很脆很好吃。

Plain noodles seems to be ordinar,but it tastes yummy.

Due to Material deprivation in the early stage,so people only had simple material to cook meal.

陽春麵看似平凡無奇，但是吃起來卻極其美味。

因為早期物資匱乏，人們只有簡單的材料料理一餐。

Tea  culture blend into the local life. You an buy it anywhere. Among them,bubble tea is the most representative tea.

You'll love this flavor.Oyster fritter tastes crispy outside and juicy inside.

你會歡上這個味道，蚵嗲外表嘗起來酥脆而裏頭多汁，藏著來自大海鮮甜的汁液。

12 Dumpling水餃

 

 

Dumpling is made of pork,flour,green onion.You might dip some soy sauce before eating dumpling.It tastes juicy and salty.

Dumpling is similar shape to ancient money.As a result,when you eat dumplind,it's just like you got wealth.

水餃由豬肉、麵粉、蔥組成，在吃之前可以沾點醬油，吃起來多汁然後帶有鹹味。

水餃的形狀和古代的錢極為類似，所以吃水餃又象徵著你得到財富。

13 Fried Glutinous(Fried Mochi) 糯米炸

 

 

 Fried Glutinous with the peanut powder on the outside is sweet and slimy.

炸麻糬外頭沾裹花生粉，吃起來香甜黏牙伴隨花生香氣。

14.Butter Pie奶油餡餅

16 Mango Shaved Ice芒果雪花冰

 

Mango ice cream at the top,shaved ice at the bottom. In addition,mango decorated around the shaved ice.
Mango shaved ice melts in my mouth,the taste is out of this world! 

芒果冰淇淋點綴在上頭，雪花冰坐落在底層，還有果圍繞在剉冰周圍。

果雪花冰在我嘴裡融化，簡直是人間美味。

17.Bun包子

18.Deep-Fried Steamed Buns 饅頭

 

 

Deep-Fried Steamed Buns with sweetened condensed milk  looks mouth-watering.

炸饅頭林上誘人的煉乳讓人看了口水直流。

19.Soy Milk and Fried Bread Stick豆漿+油條

 

 

Soy milk and fried bread stick are the traditional breakfast.Fried bread stick taste crispy but a little oily.

And we often order soy milk together.

豆漿和油條是傳統的早餐，油條吃起來很脆但是有點油，常常和豆漿搭配再一起。

 

20.Beef Noodles牛肉麵

 

 

Beef  Noodle Soup is made of  stewed or red braised beef,noodles,vegetable,soup.
Braised beef noodles was invented from Kaoshiung , Taiwan.

牛肉湯麵由燉牛肉或紅燒牛肉、麵、蔬菜、湯組成。

紅燒牛肉是在台灣高雄發明的。

21 Tofu Pudding 豆花

 

 

Tofu pudding is traditional dessert,it tastes like pudding.

Before we eat,we usually pours syrup on the top of tofu pudding.
Tofu pudding is soft and creamy，and it is melting in my mouth.

豆腐是傳統的點心，嘗起來像是布丁，在我們吃之前通常倒入糖漿在豆漿上頭。
豆花軟嫩而綿密緩緩在嘴裡化開

22.Chicken Rice雞肉飯

Chicken rice is a peculiarity of Chiai city,Taiwan.
火雞肉飯是嘉義當地特特產。

23.Egg Cake蛋餅

 

 

Let me show you the typical Taiwanese breakfast.Basic material of egg cake is egg and flour.
There are many varieties,so you can choice bacon,meat,cheese,etc to put inside.
讓我來告訴你典型常見的台灣早餐，基本的材料有蛋和麵粉，

他有很多種變化，你可以選擇培根、肉、起司等等加入裏頭。
