Let's me introduce delicious Taiwanese food.Taiwanese food is blend in China culture,because Taiwan had many settlers from China.With long period developing ,Taiwn become a food heaven.
讓我來介紹台灣美味的食物,台灣食物融合中國文化,因為台灣有很多來自中國的移民。
經過長期發展,台灣變成美食天堂。
 
1.Rice Dumpling粽子

It's very common food in Taiwan.Rice dumpling is consist of glutinous rice ,meat,yolk,mushroom ,etc,
and then wraps in alpinia speciosa leaf.It tastes chewy and slimy.
粽子在台灣是非常常見的食物,由糯米、肉、蛋黃、香菇等等組成,然後再用月桂葉包起來,吃起來柔軟而黏稠。
 

2.Ba Wan (Giant meat dumplings)肉圓

 Ba Wan looks glittering and translucent.It isconsisted of sweet potato starch, rice flour and pork.
There are two commom variation of ba wan,one is steam,and the other is deep-fry.I like both.
It tastes slimy and chewy.
肉圓看起來晶瑩剔透,由地瓜粉、在來米粉和豬肉所製成。
通常肉圓有兩種左法,一種是蒸的,一種是炸得,兩個我都喜歡。
吃起來柔暖中帶黏。

3.Soy-Stewed Pork Rice爌肉飯

誘人的爌肉飯鋪在飯上,飄出陣陣香氣。

4  Stinky Tofu 臭豆腐

Why do we call it stinky tofu?Because the fermentation of tofu smells stinky.
It might smell weird,but it really crispy and  tasty.
為什麼我們稱它為臭豆腐?因為豆腐發酵得氣味很臭。
可能聞起來很怪,但吃起來很脆很好吃。

Plain noodles seems to be ordinar,but it tastes yummy.
Due to Material deprivation in the early stage,so people only had simple material to cook meal.
陽春麵看似平凡無奇,但是吃起來卻極其美味。
因為早期物資匱乏,人們只有簡單的材料料理一餐。

茶飲文化融入生活之中,在台灣幾乎人手一杯茶飲,其中珍珠奶茶就是最具人氣的代表。
珍珠奶茶源自於台灣,大部分的商店提供客製化服務,你可以選擇甜度和冰量。

Dumpling is made of pork,flour,green onion.You might dip some soy sauce before eating dumpling.It tastes juicy and salty.
Dumpling is similar shape to ancient money.As a result,when you eat dumplind,it's just like you got wealth.
水餃由豬肉、麵粉、蔥組成,在吃之前可以沾點醬油,吃起來多汁然後帶有鹹味。
水餃的形狀和古代的錢極為類似,所以吃水餃又象徵著你得到財富。

炸麻糬外頭沾裹花生粉,吃起來香甜黏牙伴隨花生香氣。

Mango shaved ice melts in my mouth,the taste is out of this world! 
芒果冰淇淋點綴在上頭,雪花冰坐落在底層,還有果圍繞在剉冰周圍。
果雪花冰在我嘴裡融化,簡直是人間美味。

And we often order soy milk together.
豆漿和油條是傳統的早餐,油條吃起來很脆但是有點油,常常和豆漿搭配再一起。

Beef  Noodle Soup is made of  stewed or red braised beef,noodles,vegetable,soup.
Braised beef noodles was invented from Kaoshiung , Taiwan.
牛肉湯麵由燉牛肉或紅燒牛肉、麵、蔬菜、湯組成。
紅燒牛肉是在台灣高雄發明的。

Tofu pudding is traditional dessert,it tastes like pudding.
Before we eat,we usually pours syrup on the top of tofu pudding.
Tofu pudding is soft and creamy,and it is melting in my mouth.
豆腐是傳統的點心,嘗起來像是布丁,在我們吃之前通常倒入糖漿在豆漿上頭。
豆花軟嫩而綿密緩緩在嘴裡化開

Chicken rice is a peculiarity of Chiai city,Taiwan.
火雞肉飯是嘉義當地特特產。

There are many varieties,so you can choice bacon,meat,cheese,etc to put inside.
讓我來告訴你典型常見的台灣早餐,基本的材料有蛋和麵粉,
他有很多種變化,你可以選擇培根、肉、起司等等加入裏頭。
